Despite having asked the question when booking the course, it wasn't made clear how we needed to access the licenced version of the NBS CA software prior to the start of the course, and as a result we wasted a bit of time whilst people had to download copies of the software and call the help desk to be allocated a training licence. – Do you have any other comments about today's session?
