Quite a lot of information to take in & I found it more useful not to practice by opening screens etc.on my own computer but to concentrate on the layout of the NBS software as presented by the trainer. More often than not she addressed queries I had as I thought of them (even in advance of my feedback). Very well presented. I just need to spend time using the software. That is not really possible in a two day course but that aside I learned much more than I thought I would. – Do you have any other comments about today's session?
