Its fair to say our knowledge on the subject greatly increased with this training and I feel confident now to have another go as setting up a decent specification. the pace of the learning was good, not too rushed but covering a lot of things. the Training Guide wasn't mentioned however on looking at this today it does look very good. Perhaps the free USB (a nice touch) could include a set of tutorials, video based or pdf. – Do you have any other comments about today's session?

Despite having asked the question when booking the course, it wasn't made clear how we needed to access the licenced version of the NBS CA software prior to the start of the course, and as a result we wasted a bit of time whilst people had to download copies of the software and call the help desk to be allocated a training licence. – Do you have any other comments about today's session?
