The course was very informative and as an Administrator I now understand the concept of NBS Create. The only frustration I have is with formatting the specification, which I still think is frustrating, but given the option to convert to Word will make life easier. – Do you have any other comments about today's session?

However as an administrator it helped me to familiarise myself with it and am now much more confident in assisting the specification writers. Session could've been held at our head office so its nearer, better parking, drinks readily available, windows that close etc. Training was great and trainer was very knowledgeable however, as we wont be using it straight away, im worried ill need a refresher!
