The course was very informative and as an Administrator I now understand the concept of NBS Create. The only frustration I have is with formatting the specification, which I still think is frustrating, but given the option to convert to Word will make life easier. – Do you have any other comments about today's session?

Most of the course was technical and more relevant to those writing specifications. However as an administrator it helped me to familiarise myself with it and am now much more confident in assisting the specification writers. Session could've been held at our head office so its nearer, better parking, drinks readily available, windows that close etc. Training was great and trainer was very knowledgeable however, as we wont be using it straight away, im worried ill need a refresher! There's also so much to learn in a short space of time and to know all the areas that could be of benefit to me, it was a bit mind blowing!! – Do you have any other comments about today's session?
