The course was very informative and as an Administrator I now understand the concept of NBS Create. Session could've been held at our head office so its nearer, better parking, drinks readily available, windows that close etc. Training was great and trainer was very knowledgeable however, as we wont be using it straight away, im worried ill need a refresher!
