Personally, I found the session a little long. Appreciate there is a lot of information to get through and take in but by the end of the session, concentration was a little depleted. Perhaps shave an hour off or change to 2 smaller sessions (1 in person and 1 follow up webinar [not just for questions])? Regular breaks were appreciated. Nicholas was excellent. Good knowledge base and good sense of humour which delivers a very good session. The server connections issues meant the course was derailed at times, but still very valuable overall. NBS MUSTinclude SUSTAINABLITY application within Office Master training.
