Today was a very good session, the trainer was very knowledgeable. He presented very well and was understanding of the staff and business needs and adapted the day to suit. I did the same training session for NBS create a year ago and the new software (chorus) seems much more user friendly, visually understandable and much more flexible. The trainer had great knowledge of the service including future updates. – Do you have any other comments about today's session?
