Nicholas was excellent. Good knowledge base and good sense of humour which delivers a very good session. The server connections issues meant the course was derailed at times, but still very valuable overall. NBS MUSTinclude SUSTAINABLITY application within Office Master training. The morning session covered things which I already knew but the afternoon was far more informative. I could have happily just joined for the afternoon.
