Nicholas was excellent. Good knowledge base and good sense of humour which delivers a very good session. The server connections issues meant the course was derailed at times, but still very valuable overall. NBS MUSTinclude SUSTAINABLITY application within Office Master training. This lacking was disappointing in today's world of need. – Do you have any other comments about today's session?

Both sessions (2 half day's) were presented very logically, clearly and concisely . I think we could have gone through the content a little faster at some points, but perhaps this is because i already had some knowledge of NBS Create. The morning session covered things which I already knew but the afternoon was far more informative. I could have happily just joined for the afternoon.
